How do I book football tickets?
Choose a fixture, compare the available listings and select your ticket quantity. Read the seating notes and any restrictions, then review your details and the full total at checkout before paying.
Do I need an account to order?
You can book using your contact details at checkout. If contact verification is requested, follow the instructions shown. Keep your confirmation and order reference to track the booking afterwards.
Why can prices differ from the ticket face value?
FootballTicketsHub is a marketplace. Sellers set their listing prices, which may be above or below face value. Prices can differ by location, availability and fixture. The checkout shows the amount payable before you confirm.
Which payment methods can I use?
Use one of the payment options shown at checkout. If a payment fails, check the details and any bank authentication request. If you are unsure whether a payment went through, contact us before trying again.
Will our seats be together?
Check the seating and grouping notes for the listing you choose. Only the quantities offered by that listing can be selected. Do not assume separate orders will be seated together; ask us before booking if this matters to your group.
Can I choose an exact seat?
The stadium map helps you compare areas. A listing may include a stand, block or row, but exact seat numbers are not always available. Rely on the written listing details and ask about anything unclear before paying.
Are there restrictions for children or away supporters?
Entry rules vary by club, stadium and listing. Check age limits, adult accompaniment and home or away supporter restrictions before booking. Contact us about accessibility or other requirements so we can help you understand the available options.
When will I receive my tickets?
Ticket release and delivery times vary by fixture and ticket type. Your booking updates explain the arrangements for your order. An order confirmation is not an admission ticket, and delivery is not always immediate. Track your order or contact us if you need an update.
How will my tickets be delivered?
Follow the delivery instructions sent to the contact details on your booking. Depending on the listing, you may need to download a PDF, accept a ticket transfer or add a mobile ticket to a wallet. Use the format requested by the issuer; a screenshot may not work for entry.
How do I track my order?
Open Track your tickets and enter your order reference and the email used when booking. Check your inbox and spam folder for updates. If your contact details are wrong or you cannot find the reference, send our team a message.
Track your ticketsWhat should I do if I have a problem at the stadium?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference, fixture and a description of the problem. Keep any ticket error messages or written information from stadium staff so the team can investigate. Never share your ticket barcode publicly.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Check all details before paying. Confirmed orders are generally final, and a change of plans does not automatically qualify for a refund. Contact us promptly if you made a mistake; we can check what is possible, but cannot promise a change.
Read the booking termsWhat happens if the fixture date changes?
Dates and kick-off times can change, including for broadcast schedules and competition requirements. Tickets normally remain valid for a rescheduled match. Check the confirmed fixture details before arranging travel and contact us about your booking if the match is cancelled.
Fixture changes explainedHow does the 150% Money Back Guarantee work?
If something goes wrong with ticket delivery, our guarantee provides a refund of 100% of your payment plus 50% credit towards your next match. The additional 50% is future booking credit, not a cash refund. Contact us with your order reference so we can investigate and help.
Read the guarantee termsWhat should I include when contacting support?
Include your order reference if you have one, the booking email, the fixture and a clear description of your question. If matchday is close, mention the date. Never send your full payment card number, security code, password or verification code.
