FootballTicketsHub connects buyers with football ticket sellers. These terms explain use of the website and bookings made through it. Read them alongside the ticket listing, the checkout information and your order confirmation.
Listings describe the tickets offered by a seller. Availability and prices may change before an order is confirmed. We are not the event organiser; the relevant club, competition and stadium set the rules for the event and admission.
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with other bookings or use another person’s payment details without permission.
Before paying, check the fixture, venue, date, quantity, seating area, ticket type and all listing notes. You are responsible for supplying a working email address and any other contact details requested at checkout.
Sellers set their prices, which may be above or below a ticket’s face value. Review the currency, any charges and the complete order total shown at checkout. The available payment methods are displayed there.
A basket reservation is temporary and does not by itself confirm an order. Follow the payment process and retain your booking confirmation. If payment appears to have been taken but no confirmation arrives, contact us before attempting another purchase.
An unavailable listing, failed payment or a material listing error may prevent us from completing an order. We will explain any issue affecting your booking and the handling of any payment already received.
Stadium maps are a guide to seating areas. The written listing describes the seats being offered; an exact seat number is only included when stated. Read any notes about restricted views, grouping, hospitality, age limits and home or away supporter areas.
Seats from separate bookings are not guaranteed to be together. Select an available quantity for the listing and contact us before purchasing if you need clarification about your group, accessibility or other requirements.
Follow the ticket issuer’s instructions and the stadium’s entry rules. Bring any required identification and use the correct ticket format. Admission may be refused for breaching venue rules. Keep your ticket, barcode and transfer link private.
Delivery arrangements depend on the fixture, seller and ticket format. Tickets may be released closer to the event; a booking confirmation is not itself an admission ticket. Check the delivery information and updates for your order.
Instructions are sent using the contact details on your booking. You may need to accept a transfer, download a file or add a ticket to a mobile wallet. Complete the required steps before travelling to the stadium, and do not assume a screenshot will be accepted.
Use Track your tickets to check your order. Contact us promptly if your details are incorrect, you cannot access your tickets or the stated delivery arrangements have not been met. Include your order reference and fixture.
Confirmed ticket purchases are generally final. A change of plans, an accidental purchase or inability to attend does not automatically entitle you to cancel, exchange or receive a refund, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
If you made a mistake, contact our team as soon as possible. We will check whether a change can be arranged with the seller. Do not assume it has been accepted until you receive confirmation.
Dates, kick-off times and venues can change. Check the organiser’s latest fixture information before making travel arrangements and again before matchday. A date shown when you browse may be provisional.
For a postponed or rescheduled match, tickets normally remain valid for the new date. Contact us to check the arrangements for your order. A schedule change does not automatically cancel the booking.
If an event is cancelled without a replacement date, contact us so we can confirm its status and arrange the applicable refund. We will explain any ticket-return steps and the refund details. Travel, accommodation and other separately booked expenses are outside the ticket purchase.
If something goes wrong with ticket delivery, our ticket delivery guarantee provides a refund of 100% of your payment plus credit worth 50% of that payment towards your next match. The additional 50% is booking credit, not a cash payment.
Contact us with your order reference and explain the delivery issue so we can investigate and help. Keep relevant booking messages. If there is an issue at the gate, contact us promptly and keep any evidence provided by stadium staff.
This is a ticket delivery guarantee. It does not provide a refund simply because you change your mind, miss the match or incur travel costs. Fixture cancellations and rescheduling are addressed separately above. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
For booking help or a complaint, use our contact form, or email contact@footballticketshub.com. Include your order reference, the email used for the booking, what happened and the outcome you are requesting. Never include a complete payment card number or a verification code.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is used when you browse, book or contact us.
We may update these terms for future use of the website. Keep the booking information and terms supplied when you purchase so you can refer back to them.
